  • 1 Unit Baguette
  • 1 Unit Baguette
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 10 Units Egg
  • 8 Grams Crumbled Cooked Bacon
  • 1/2 Cup Tomatoes
  • 1 Unit Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Cheese, Mozzarella, Whole Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Spices, Pepper, Black
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sauce, Ready-To-Serve, Pepper Or Hot
  • 1 Gram Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 2 Tablespoons Chive


    1. Preheat oven to 350o F (180°C).

    2. Line a half sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.

    3. On a cutting board cut a long V shaped wedge into the top of the baguette ensuring not to puncture/crack the bottom.

    4. Hollow out bread slightly, pressing the insides to create a cavity.

    5. Line the bottom of the baguette with ½ cup of cheddar cheese, place in the oven until melted and set aside to cool.

    6. In a large bowl, combine eggs, bacon, tomatoes, onions, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Evaporated Milk, black pepper, pepper sauce and Season Up All Purpose until well combined

    7. Transfer mixture into a measuring cup to pour egg mixture into the baguette cavity.

    8. Top with chive and additional cheese if desired.

    9. Bake for 45 minutes or until filling is cooked through.

    10. Slice, and serve hot.
