Preheat oven to 350o F (180°C). Line a half sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.
On a cutting board cut a long V shaped wedge into the top of the baguette ensuring not to puncture/crack the bottom. Hollow out bread slightly, pressing the insides to create a cavity.
Line the bottom of the baguette with ½ cup of cheddar cheese, place in the oven until melted and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, bacon, tomatoes, onions, mozzarella cheese, remaining cheddar cheese, Evaporated Milk, black pepper, Pepper Sauce and Season Up All Purpose until well combined
Transfer mixture into a measuring cup to pour egg mixture into the baguette cavity. Top with chive and additional cheese if desired.
Bake for 45 minutes or until filling is cooked through. Slice, and serve hot.
