  • 50g Rotini Pasta
  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 pk MAGGI Season Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 1 tbsp Chives/Parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 rashers Back bacon, diced
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 small Tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • ¼ cup Cheddar cheese, grated


  1. Prepare pasta as per package instructions, set aside.

  2. In a bowl combine eggs, Evaporated Milk, Season Up and chives.

  3. In a large pan melt butter and sauté bacon until crisp and onions, mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become tender.

  4. Add egg mixture and top with pasta, tomatoes and cheese.

  5. Cook through turning half way through the cooking process.

  6. Serve hot.
