Ingredients

- 1 Pound Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
- 1 Can Tuna Chunks in Water (drained)
- 3/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Units Eggs (lightly beaten)
- 3 Tablespoons Margarine (melted)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Unit Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme (finely chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons Chive (chopped)
- 3 Units Garlic (minced)
- 1 Packet Maggi® Season-up! Fish Powdered Seasoning (10g)
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour (for coating)

Instructions
- 1.In a bowl, mash the potato. Add whole kernel corn, tuna, breadcrumbs, eggs, margarine, chili powder, onion, thyme, chives, garlic and season well with Maggi Season Up Fish.
- 2.From this mixture, form 6 flat, round patties about 1/2 inch thick. Coat the 6 patties in flour, shake off excess and chill for at least 1 hour (or overnight) to allow them to firm up.
- 3.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or the grill until quite hot or use a sandwich grill or waffle iron lightly oiled.
- 4.Cook fish patty for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, or until crispy and brown on both sides. (They can also be fried in a little oil.) Serve as part of a main meal or as appetizers with a dip.
