Preheat oven to 350F/180C and spread black beans on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until beans start to slightly dry. Place beans into a large bowl.

In medium pan, add vegetable oil and sauté onions and peppers and garlic until soft, then add to bowl with beans

Add Maggi Season Up All Purpose, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup/bbq, geera to bowl. Use potato masher to breakdown mixture while leaving a few larger beans.

Using 1/3 measuring cup or your hands to form patties and bake on tray at 375F/190C for 10 minutes on each side. Or cook in a greased frying pan until golden on each side.

Serve on a warm bun with toppings and condiments of choice.
