Season crabs with Season Up & Green Seasoning

Mix Curry Powder and ½ cup water to form a paste

In a large saucepan, heat oil. Cook curry paste in oil for 3 minutes. Add Coconut Milk and bring to a boil.

Add crabs and cover pot. Boil for 8 minutes. Then reduce heat to a simmer for 25 minutes.

Mix flour, salt and ¾ cup water, to form soft dough and set side.

Bring 2 litres of water to a boil and add dumplings. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes until dumplings float. (NOTE: Shape and size of dumplings will affect cooking time.)

Serve hot.
