  • 6 Mediums Crabs (cleaned and washed)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 1/4 Cup MAGGI® Green Seasoning Spicy
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Curry Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (dissolved into 2 cups warm water)
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Liters Water (for cooking dumplings)

Instructions

  • 1.Season crabs with Season Up & Green Seasoning
  • 2.Mix Curry Powder and ½ cup water to form a paste
  • 3.In a large saucepan, heat oil. Cook curry paste in oil for 3 minutes. Add Coconut Milk and bring to a boil.
  • 4.Add crabs and cover pot. Boil for 8 minutes. Then reduce heat to a simmer for 25 minutes.
  • 5.Mix flour, salt and ¾ cup water, to form soft dough and set side.
  • 6.Bring 2 litres of water to a boil and add dumplings. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes until dumplings float. (NOTE: Shape and size of dumplings will affect cooking time.)
  • 7.Serve hot.

Make it a One Pot Dish!

For a one pot dish, add dumplings to the curried pot in Step 5 just before the heat is reduced and allow to simmer for 20 – 25 minutes or until dumplings have cooked.
