Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Olives Sliced
  • 1 Pound Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Unit Sweet Pepper Medium sized, j sweet pepper, julienned
  • 1 Unit Tomato Medium size tomato, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Pack DLT Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1/2 Cup Cheese, Parmesan, Grated Grated
  • 2 1/2 Cup Cheese, Mozzarella, Whole Milk Grated
  • 2 Unit Egg Large sized eggs
  • 1 Pound Cauliflower Florets

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).
  • Place parchment paper on a sheet tray and set aside
  • Blanch cauliflower florets and pat dry to get rid of any residual moisture
  • Place in a food processor and chop until it looks like grains of rice.
  • Transfer cauliflower into a cheese cloth or fine mesh cloth and squeeze the cauliflower to remove as much moisture as possible.
  • Place on a large plate until dried.
  • Take dried cauliflower, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and Season Up All Purpose until it forms a dough.
  • Spread dough ¼” thick on the sheet tray to form pizza crust and bake in the oven until the underside of the dough is golden in color.
  • Remove crust from the oven and add tomato sauce, remainder of the mozzarella cheese, tomato, sweet pepper, broccoli and olives
  • Return pizza to the oven until cheese has melted and toppings are cooked.
  • Slice and serve hot.
