  • 1 Pound Cauliflower Florets
  • 2 Units Egg
  • 2 1/2 Cups Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 Pack Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Medium Tomato (diced)
  • 1 Medium Sweet Pepper (julienned)
  • 0.5 Pound Broccoli Florets (½ lb)
  • 1/4 Cup Olives (sliced)

Instructions

  • 1.Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C). Place parchment paper on a sheet tray and set aside
  • 2.Blanch cauliflower florets and pat dry to get rid of any residual moisture. Place in a food processor and chop until it looks like grains of rice.
  • 3.Transfer cauliflower into a cheese cloth or fine mesh cloth and squeeze the cauliflower to remove as much moisture as possible. Place on a large plate until dried.
  • 4.Take dried cauliflower, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and Season Up All Purpose until it forms a dough.
  • 5.Spread dough ¼ inch thick on the sheet tray to form pizza crust and bake in the oven until the underside of the dough is golden in color.
  • 6.Remove crust from the oven and add tomato sauce, remainder of the mozzarella cheese, tomato, sweet pepper, broccoli and olives
  • 7.Return pizza to the oven until cheese has melted and toppings are cooked. Slice and serve hot.
