Ingredients

  • 50 Grams Rotini Pasta
  • 6 Units Egg
  • 1/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 1 Pack Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1 Tablespoon Chive Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 4 Slices Canadian Bacon, Unprepared Diced
  • 1 Unit Onion Small sized onion, diced
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms, Portabella, Raw
  • 2 Units Tomatoes Small sized tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese Grated

Instructions

    1. Prepare pasta as per package instructions, set aside.

    2. In a bowl combine eggs, Evaporated Milk, Season Up and chives.

    3. In a large pan melt butter and sauté bacon until crisp and onions, mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become tender.

    4. Add egg mixture and top with pasta, tomatoes and cheese

    5. Cook through turning half way through the cooking process

    6. Serve hot.
