  • 1 Tablespoon DLT Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 50 Gram Rotini Pasta
  • 2 Unit Tomatoes Small sized tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms, Portabella, Raw
  • 1 Unit Onion Small sized onion, diced
  • 4 Slice Canadian Bacon, Unprepared Diced
  • 6 Unit Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Chive Chopped
  • 1 Pack DLT Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1/4 Cup DLT CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton

  • Prepare pasta as per package instructions, set aside.
  • In a bowl combine eggs, Evaporated Milk, Season Up and chives.
  • In a large pan melt butter and sauté bacon until crisp and onions, mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become tender.
  • Add egg mixture and top with pasta, tomatoes and cheese
  • Cook through turning half way through the cooking process
  • Serve hot.
