Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Pork, Fresh, Loin, Blade (Chops Or Roasts), Bone-In, Separable Lean Only, Raw chops, cut into 2 portions
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons Nestlé Carnation Light Reduced Fat Uht Evaporated Filled Milk 330Ml Carton
  • 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs, Panko
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Oil

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops on a flat surface. Sprinkle MAGGI NATURISIMO and chili powder evenly on both sides of the pork chops.

  2. Combine eggs and NESTLE CARNATION LIGHT EVAPORATED MILK.

  3. Coat pork chops with flour first, then dip in egg mixture, ensure excess liquid is drained and finish by dipping in bread crumbs. Grease a baking tray using oil or pan spray. Place coated pork chops on greased baking tray.

  4. In an oven preheated at 350 degrees F, bake pork chops until golden brown for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
