- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1.5 Pounds Pork Chops (approximately 6)
- 2 Smalls Onions (sliced)
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1 3/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Sage
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes (crushed)

Instructions
- 1.In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat sear pork chops on both sides uniil golden brown.
- 2.Reduce heat to low. Add onions and water; cover and cook for 25 minutes or until chops are tender. Remove chops to a serving platter; cover and keep warm.
- 3.Gradually stir flour into the pan and slowly add evaporated milk until smooth; add sage and thyme. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until boiling and thickened.
- 4.Add MAGGI® Onion Garlic Cubes and stirring to dissolve.
- 5.Pour sauce over pork chops and serve hot.
