Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Season minced beef with Season Up, garlic powder, black pepper and green seasoning and allow to marinate.
In a large pot, heat oil and butter and sauté onion, garlic and pimiento/ seasoning peppers until tender.
Add minced beef to the pot and cook until all sides are browned, then add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomato puree, water, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes into the pot, stirring to incorporate and bring to a boil.
Add Soup It Up and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and slowly stir in Evaporated Milk and cooked pasta.
Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
