  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Pound Beef Minced
  • 4 1/2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Pimiento Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Cheese, Parmesan, Grated Grated
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Spices, Oregano, Dried Dried
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Finely diced
  • 1 Can Tomato Puree (10.75 oz)
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Minced
  • 1 Pack Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1 Teaspoon Spices, Pepper, Black
  • 1/4 Cup Green Seasoning
  • 1 Pack Maggi Soup It Up! Vegetable Soup Mix 45G Sachet
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Spices, Basil, Dried Minced
  • 4 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 1 Box Pasta Of choice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Season minced beef with Season Up, garlic powder, black pepper and green seasoning and allow to marinate.
  • In a large pot, heat oil and butter and sauté onion, garlic and pimiento/ seasoning peppers until tender.
  • Add minced beef to the pot and cook until all sides are browned, then add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree, water, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes into the pot, stirring to incorporate and bring to a boil.
  • Add Soup It Up and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and slowly stir in Evaporated Milk and cooked pasta.
  • Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
