  • 2 Pounds Salmon Fillet
  • 4 Teaspoons MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (or 2 10g packs)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Pieces Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger (minced)
  • 1 Cup ORCHARD® 100% Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup ORCHARD® 100% Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Unit Lime (cut into wedges)

Instructions

  • 1.In a bowl, season salmon with Season Up Fish and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • 2.In a large nonstick pan, heat oil. Place fillets one by one in the hot pan, skin side down for 2 minutes.
  • 3.At the 2 minute mark, place butter in the pan and distribute it evenly between fillets, this will give the fish a golden brown colour. Leave for an additional minute.
  • 4.Flip fish and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove fillets from the pan and onto a plate.
  • 5.Add garlic, ginger, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and granulated sugar to the same pan. Reduce glaze, stirring occasionally until it thickens. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
  • 6.Place fish back into the pan and spoon glaze over fillets. Remove from heat.
  • 7.Serve hot, with a lime wedges.
