In a bowl, season salmon with Season Up Fish and set aside for 30 minutes.
In a large nonstick pan, heat oil. Place fillets one by one in the hot pan, skin side down for 2 minutes.
At the 2 minute mark, place butter in the pan and distribute it evenly between fillets, this will give the fish a golden brown colour. Leave for an additional minute.
Flip fish and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove fillets from the pan and onto a plate.
Add garlic, ginger, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and granulated sugar to the same pan. Reduce glaze, stirring occasionally until it thickens. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
Place fish back into the pan and spoon glaze over fillets. Remove from heat.
Serve hot, with a lime wedges.
