  • 1/2 Cup Pistachios (crushed)
  • 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Rosemary (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose Powdered Seasoning (10g)
  • 4 Fillets Salmon Fillets (6oz each) cleaned
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Season-Up Fish
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 4 Pieces Lime (or lemon wedges for garnish)

Instructions

  • 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), like a baking tray with foil and grease lightly.
  • 2.In a food processor, add pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, butter, rosemary and MAGGI® Season Up All Purpose, blend until evenly combined.
  • 3.Season the salmon fillets with MAGGI® Season Up Fish, lime juice and olive oil.
  • 4.In a pan on high heat, sear one side of the salmon fillets and place in prepared baking tray.
  • 5.Brush tops of salmon evenly with Dijon mustard. Top with pistachio crust and press the mixture down onto the salmon.
  • 6.Bake in the preheated oven until salmon flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with lime/lemon wedges.
