  • 2 Pounds Shrimp (shelled and deveined)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 1/4 Cup Green Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 Cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Pack MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (dissolved into 1/2 cup warm water)
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube
  • 2 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)

Instructions

  • 1.In a medium bowl season shrimp with Season Up and Green Seasoning. Marinate overnight or minimum 30 minutes.
  • 2.Combine Curry Powder with ¼ cup water and set aside
  • 3.Heat oil in heavy iron pot, add garlic and onion and cook until fragrant. Add curry paste and allow to cook 2-3 minutes or until thick.
  • 4.Slowly add Coconut Milk to the pot, stirring to incorporate. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • 5.Add shrimp, Cube and chadon beni, stirring to coat the shrimp in the coconut curry sauce.
  • 6.Cook on high heat for 3 minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Serve with white rice.
