ROAST PORK WITH CITRUS (ORANGE) GLAZE

Citrus glazed pork chops to impress any day of the week

Ingredients

Portions: 4

  • 3 Pounds Pork Chops
  • 8 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoon MAGGI Unique Pork Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Peppercorns
  • 2 Tablespoons Chinese Five Spice Powder
  • 4 Cups Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
  • 2 Units MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Spices, Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Orange Zest

Instructions

  • 1.Thaw the pork completely and wash
  • 2.Place in a clean bowl, and season with Minced garlic, MAGGI® Season Up Ginger, black pepper and Chinese five spice powder.
  • 3.Place in a roasting pan and roast (uncovered) for 20 minutes at 350°F
  • 4. Meanwhile, add all the ingredients for the glaze in a sauce pot, stir to combine and allow to come to a full boil. Remove from the stove once thickened.
  • 5.Remove pork from the oven and brush with orange glaze, bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • 6.Allow the pork to rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
  • 7.Serve the dish and enjoy the flavors.
