ROAST PORK WITH CITRUS (ORANGE) GLAZE

Citrus glazed pork chops to impress any day of the week
Ingredients
Portions: 4
- 3 Pounds Pork Chops
- 8 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Tablespoon MAGGI Unique Pork Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Black Peppercorns
- 2 Tablespoons Chinese Five Spice Powder
- 4 Cups Orange Juice
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 2 Units MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
- 1 Tablespoon Spices, Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Zest

Instructions
- 1.Thaw the pork completely and wash
- 2.Place in a clean bowl, and season with Minced garlic, MAGGI® Season Up Ginger, black pepper and Chinese five spice powder.
- 3.Place in a roasting pan and roast (uncovered) for 20 minutes at 350°F
- 4. Meanwhile, add all the ingredients for the glaze in a sauce pot, stir to combine and allow to come to a full boil. Remove from the stove once thickened.
- 5.Remove pork from the oven and brush with orange glaze, bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- 6.Allow the pork to rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
- 7.Serve the dish and enjoy the flavors.
