Season the pork chops with Season-Up Ginger, and 2 tablespoons of Jerk Seasoning Hot N’ Spicy, and all seasonings excluding the barbecue sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated pork chops in a prepared baking pan, with the seasoning, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes

Prepare the remaining 1 tablespoon of Jerk Seasoning and barbecue sauce in a bowl. Remove the pork from the oven and combine half of the pork liquid with the jerk barbecue sauce.

Sauce both sides of the pork chops and return to the oven uncovered for an additional 20 minutes. Garnish and enjoy.
