  • 26 Ounces Black Beans Drained, rinsed and pat dried
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Escallion Chopped
  • 4 Teaspoons MAGGI® Naturisimo Complete Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 Cup Tortilla Chips, Low Fat, Baked Without Fat Crushed
  • 2 Mediums Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sauce, Worcestershire
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Escallion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Cup Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Bell Peppers Finely Diced
  • 2 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Flavoured Seasoning Cubes

Instructions

  • 1.On a baking tray, greased with pan spray, spread out black beans evenly. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • 2.In a sauté pan heat olive oil and sauté onion, garlic and escallions, until onions are translucent. Place in a large bowl or in a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Stir or pulse everything together, then add the black beans. Mash with a fork or pulse the mixture. Leaving large chunks of beans.
  • 3.Form into patties about 1/3 cup of mixture in each.
  • 4.Place patties on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees
  • 5.In a sauté pan heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic, until onions are translucent.
  • 6.Add remaining ingredients. Cook for three (3) minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 7.Serve with black bean patties
