Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots, Raw
  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion Medium diced
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Peeled, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil, Coconut

Instructions

    1. In a mixing bowl marinate chicken with MAGGI NATURISIMO. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes

    2. In a sauté pan over medium heat, heat oil. Once oil is hot sauté onion, garlic and ginger, until onions are translucent add marinated chicken.

    3. Add white wine to pan, reduce for 3 minutes. Once, reduced add MAGGI LQUID COCONUT MILK, simmer for 5 minutes.

    4. Cook until chicken is tender add red pepper flakes. Add carrots and red bell peppers and cook vegetables until tender.
