Spicy Cauliflower Bites

  • 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 3/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (approximately)
  • 1 Head Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Green Seasoning Original
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Spicy with Chadon Beni
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey


  1. Preheat oven to 450˚F (235˚C) and line a baking tray with foil and lightly coat with oil/non-stick spray. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl combine flour, Season Up All Purpose and Evaporated Milk to make a loose batter.

  3. Add cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat. Lay out onto prepared tray and bake for 20 minutes then remove from oven.

  4. Making The Barbecue Sauce

    Mix together barbeque sauce, Green Seasoning, Chadon Beni Pepper Sauce, garlic and honey. Brush sauce onto hot cauliflower.

  5. Return cauliflower to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.


Dips?: Can be served with blue cheese dressing as an alternative to chicken wings.
