Shrimp In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Shrimp (cleaned)
  • 2 Packets MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger (minced)
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Spicy with Chadon Beni
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste (or ketchup)
  • 1 Cube MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cube
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Teaspoons Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Chive (minced, for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Season shrimp with Season Up and set aside.

  2. Sauté garlic, ginger and Pepper Sauce in hot oil.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small mixing bowl to make sauce.

  4. Add sauce and shrimp to pot. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until shrimp is cooked and sauce thickens.

  5. Serve hot topped with chives
