Seafood Boil

Ingredients

Portions: 5

  • 14 Cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Seasoning Mix, Dry, Chili, Original
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Unique Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 Unit MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season-Up Fish
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
  • 1 Unit Lemons, Raw, Without Peel
  • 1 Unit Onion
  • 1 Pound Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Raw
  • 12 Ounces Sausage, Italian, Pork, Cooked
  • 6 Units Corn, sweet, yellow, frozen, kernels on cob, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
  • 1 Pound Crustaceans, Crab, Blue, Raw
  • 1 Pound Mollusks, Mussel, Blue, Raw
  • 1 Pound DLT Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
  • 6 Units Egg, Whole, Cooked, Hard-Boiled
  • 1 Cup DLT Butter
  • 1 1/2 Head Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
  • 2 Tablespoons DLT Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season-Up Fish
  • 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Unique Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Spices, Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon DLT Finely Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  • 1.In an extra-large pot (10 quarts or larger) over medium high heat combine the water and beer (if using). Season the boil with the MAGGI Garlic and Onion and All Purpose Bouillons, scallion, thyme, ginger and pepper
  • 2.Add the Sliced Onion and lemon wedges into the pot. Stir all the ingredients well to thoroughly combine. Let the mixture boil for 15 minutes.
  • 3.Carefully add the baby potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are just about fork tender.
  • 4.Add the seafood and corn. Gently nestle the crab into the pot along with the seafood and corn. Be sure that everything is fully submerged under boil and carefully stir to ensure all ingredients are well combined. Continue boiling for another 5-7 minutes until the shrimp is pink.
  • 5.In a small saucepan over medium heat add the sausages and cook until brown on both sides.
  • 6.Add the butter, garlic, lemon juice, old bay seasoning, parsley, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika and hot sauce to taste. Stir in all the ingredients and simmer the sauce until butter melts and sauce is well combined 5-7 minutes then remove from heat.
  • 7.Line an extra-large baking sheet with foil/parchment paper. Use a strainer to remove seafood boil contents from the pot and place onto the prepared baking sheet along with the hard-boiled eggs. Remove lemon and onion bits.
  • 8.Pour the garlic butter sauce over the seafood boil ingredients then use your hands and mix thoroughly. Serve and Enjoy!
