- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
- 1/2 Cup Onion (finely diced)
- 2 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (finely chopped)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 2 Tablespoons Chive/Escallion (finely chopped)
- 0.5 Pound Saltfish (boiled and deboned)
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 Cups Oil For Frying

Instructions
- 1.In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and MAGGI® Season Up Fish.
- 2.Add onions, pimento peppers, garlic, chive and saltfish and stir to mix.
- 3.Pour water into bowl and mix thoroughly. This should form a thick batter.
- 4.Using a teaspoon, drop batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Approximately 3-4 minutes.
- 5.Drain on paper towel after frying.
- 6.Serve hot with dips of choice and enjoy!
