Salmon Fritters
Ingredients
Portions: 6
- 1 lb. Cassava, chopped
- 2 Sweet peppers, diced
- 1 can (105g) Pink Salmon, drained
- ½ cup Whole kernel corn
- 1 pk. MAGGI Season Up Fish
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Sweet Chilli sauce / pepper jelly

Instructions
- 1.Boil cassava until tender, drain and mash.
- 2.To cassava add sweet pepper, salmon, corn, egg and Season Up. Mix well
- 3.Form 12 patties and coat patties with breadcrumbs.
- 4.Bake patties at 425°F (218°C) for 3 minutes on each side or pan fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown
- 5.Combine mayonnaise and chilli sauce. Set aside.
- 6.Serve Fritters with sauce.
