Boil cassava until tender, drain and mash.

To cassava add sweet pepper, salmon, corn, egg and Season Up. Mix well

Form 12 patties and coat patties with breadcrumbs.

Bake patties at 425°F (218°C) for 3 minutes on each side or pan fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown

Combine mayonnaise and chilli sauce. Set aside.
