Jerk Alfredo Shrimp Pasta
Creamy pasta dish with a spice Jerk twist enjoyed often enjoyed with seafood.
Ingredients

- 2 Teaspoons Garlic minced
- 1/2 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)
- 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Jerk Seasoning Hot N' Spicy
- 1 Pound Shrimp deveined and peeled
- 12 Ounces Linguine Pasta
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley minced

Instructions
- 1.In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, Season-Up Fish and 1 tbsp of the Jerk Seasoning with the shrimp and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 2.In a pot of salted boiling water, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes until done. Drain pasta and set aside until ready for use.
- 3.In a large enough sauté pan, melt the butter and sauté the marinated shrimp on high for 4 minutes.
- 4.Reduce the flames to a medium-low heat before adding the heavy cream, the remaining Jerk Seasoning and parmesan cheese to the pot. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes while the cheese melts.
- 5.Remove from the heat before adding the cooked pasta to pot, stir until fully incorporated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
