Place hominy corn in a pressure cooker along with 4 cups of water and cinnamon leaf. Cook corn in pressure cooker for ½ hour or until tender. Once cooked drain excess liquid from corn.

In large sauce pan pour 3 cups water along with MAGGI Liquid Coconut Milk, nutmeg cinnamon sticks and vanilla essence. Bring to a boil.

Combine cornmeal with 2 cups of water. Gradually add cornmeal to water. Stir constantly to avoid lumps from forming. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Add cooked hominy corn and stir in NESTLE GREEN BUTTERFLY Condensed Milk. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and serve hot.
