  • 1 Cup MAGGI® Liquid Coconut Milk
  • 2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Almond Essence
  • 3 Cups Cornmeal
  • 2 1/2 Cups Cold Water
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine MAGGI Liquid Coconut Milk, NESTLE CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk, NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk, vanilla, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, salt, melted butter and almond essence. Bring to a simmer.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal and water. Stir rigorously into milk mixture. Once it begins to thicken, cook for 5 minutes, fold in raisins. Pour mixture into 1 8-inch greased baking tin. Fill ¾ way full. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes in an oven preheated at 350F.

  3. Once baked, insert a toothpick in centre. If it comes out clean, the pudding is ready. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Cut into 16 slices.
