Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl whisk together eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and flavourings.
In another bowl, combine bread and all dry ingredients, pour Nestle liquid mixture over bread and allow to sit for 10 minutes to moisten.
Pour into a prepared baking pan and bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Allow bread pudding to cool for 10 minutes before serving, cut into 14 slices.
