Ingredients

- 2 Units Eggs
- 1 Cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1/4 Teaspoon Almond Essence
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
- 10 Slices Whole Wheat Bread cubed
- 2 Teaspoons Mixed Spice for Baking
- 1 Cup Raisins

Instructions
- 1.Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- 2.In a large bowl whisk together eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and flavourings.
- 3.In another bowl, combine bread and all dry ingredients, pour Nestle liquid mixture over bread and allow to sit for 10 minutes to moisten.
- 4.Pour into a prepared baking pan and bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
- 5.Allow bread pudding to cool for 10 minutes before serving, cut into 14 slices.
