Bread Pudding

  • 2 Units Eggs
  • 1 Cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Almond Essence
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
  • 10 Slices Whole Wheat Bread cubed
  • 2 Teaspoons Mixed Spice for Baking
  • 1 Cup Raisins


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and flavourings.

  3. In another bowl, combine bread and all dry ingredients, pour Nestle liquid mixture over bread and allow to sit for 10 minutes to moisten.

  4. Pour into a prepared baking pan and bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

  5. Allow bread pudding to cool for 10 minutes before serving, cut into 14 slices.
