- 2 Large Eggs
- 30 Milliliters Skimmed Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 30 Grams All-Purpose Flour
- 500 Grams Broccoli Florets
- 10 Grams Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions
- 1.Grease tiny muffin tin or muffin cups
- 2.Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl
- 3.Add butter, flour and stir until smooth. Mix in broccoli and cheddar cheese
- 4.Spoon into muffin tin or cup 2/3 full
- 5.Bake in preheated oven of 180˚C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
