Ingredients

  • 10 Grams Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions

    1. Grease tiny muffin tin or muffin cups

    2. Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl

    3. Add butter, flour and stir until smooth. Mix in broccoli and cheddar cheese

    4. Spoon into muffin tin or cup 2/3 full

    5. Bake in preheated oven of 180˚C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
