Combine dry ingredients and set aside. In another bowl, combine all liquid ingredients.
Using an electric mixer, add dry mixture a little at a time to wet mixture. Mix well. Grease “8 x 8 x 2” baking pan. Line the bottom of pan with greased waxed paper.
Pour mixture into the pan evenly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 12 slices.
