  • 1 1/2 Cup Cornmeal
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, Table
  • 1/4 cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1/2 Cup Nestlé Carnation Light Reduced Fat Uht Evaporated Filled Milk 330Ml Carton
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs beaten
  • 1 Cup Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 Cup Corn, sweet, white, canned, cream style, no salt added
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions

  • 1.Combine dry ingredients and set aside. In another bowl, combine all liquid ingredients.
  • 2.Using an electric mixer, add dry mixture a little at a time to wet mixture. Mix well. Grease “8 x 8 x 2” baking pan. Line the bottom of pan with greased waxed paper.
  • 3.Pour mixture into the pan evenly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 12 slices.
