Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Spaghetti 100g
  • 1 Tablespoon Spices, Pepper, Black
  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Pound Beef Minced
  • 1 Can Tomato Puree (10.75oz)
  • 1 Pound Sausage, Italian, Pork, Raw Uncooked
  • 2 Cubes Maggi Chicken Tomato Flavoured Seasoning Cubes 4G (Box Of 25)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Spices, Basil, Dried Minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 Cup Green Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme Minced
  • 2 Packs Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 0.5 Pound Cheese, Mozzarella, Nonfat Cut into half inch cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder Tablespoon
  • 1 Unit Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Cheese, Parmesan, Grated Grated

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a sheet / baking tray with foil and set aside
  • Boil pasta as per package instructions and set aside.
  • Combine minced beef, sausage, Season Up, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, green seasoning, egg and breadcrumbs in a large bowl until well incorporated. Set aside.
  • In a pot heat olive oil, add garlic and onion and cook until onions are translucent
  • Add cooking wine, tomato puree, water and Chicken Tomato Cubes. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add brown sugar, basil, thyme and parmesan cheese. Stir until both sugar and cheese have dissolved and set aside.
  • Take seasoned meat 1 ounce at a time, flatten and stuff with pasta and a cube of cheese.
  • Close and form into balls. Place these balls on a sheet tray.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Place meatballs in marinara sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Top with remaining cheese and broil until melted.
  • Serve hot.
