Inside Out Spaghetti and Meatballs

  • 1 Pack Spaghetti 100g
  • 1 Pound Beef Minced
  • 1 Pound Sausage, Italian, Pork, Raw Uncooked
  • 2 Packs Maggi Season-Up! All Purpose Powdered Seasoning 10G Sachet
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder Tablespoon
  • 1 Tablespoon Spices, Pepper, Black
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 Cup Green Seasoning
  • 1 Unit Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 Pound Cheese, Mozzarella, Nonfat Cut into half inch cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine
  • 1 Can Tomato Puree (10.75oz)
  • 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk 330ml Carton
  • 2 Cubes Maggi Chicken Tomato Flavoured Seasoning Cubes 4G (Box Of 25)
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Spices, Basil, Dried Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme Minced
  • 1/3 Cup Cheese, Parmesan, Grated Grated


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a sheet / baking tray with foil and set aside

  2. Boil pasta as per package instructions and set aside.

  3. Combine minced beef, sausage, Season Up, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, green seasoning, egg and breadcrumbs in a large bowl until well incorporated. Set aside.

  4. In a pot heat olive oil, add garlic and onion and cook until onions are translucent

  5. Add cooking wine, tomato puree, water and Chicken Tomato Cubes. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Add brown sugar, basil, thyme and parmesan cheese. Stir until both sugar and cheese have dissolved and set aside.

  7. Take seasoned meat 1 ounce at a time, flatten and stuff with pasta and a cube of cheese.

  8. Close and form into balls. Place these balls on a sheet tray.

  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

  10. Place meatballs in marinara sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.

  11. Top with remaining cheese and broil until melted.

  12. Serve hot.
