Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a sheet / baking tray with foil and set aside
Boil pasta as per package instructions and set aside.
Combine minced beef, sausage, Season Up, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, green seasoning, egg and breadcrumbs in a large bowl until well incorporated. Set aside.
In a pot heat olive oil, add garlic and onion and cook until onions are translucent
Add cooking wine, tomato puree, water and Chicken Tomato Cubes. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add brown sugar, basil, thyme and parmesan cheese. Stir until both sugar and cheese have dissolved and set aside.
Take seasoned meat 1 ounce at a time, flatten and stuff with pasta and a cube of cheese.
Close and form into balls. Place these balls on a sheet tray.
Place meatballs in marinara sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and broil until melted.
