Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a ceramic mug mix the mashed bananas, oil, Evaporated Milk and sugar until fully combined.

  2. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt, mix until incorporated. Fold in the crushed walnuts.

  3. Microwave for 90 second, remove and allow to cool for 3 minutes before enjoying. Pairs well with ice-cream or whipped cream.
