Ingredients

- 3 Units Ripe Bananas
- 1 Unit Egg
- 8 Tablespoons Butter melted
- 1/2 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Mix Spice for Baking
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions
- 1.Peel and mash together the bananas in a bowl, add the egg, melted butter and Evaporated Milk whisking together until fully combined.
- 2.In a separate bowl combine all remaining dry ingredients, before combining with the wet mixture above. Be careful not to overmix.
- 3.Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until done.
- 4.Remove from the oven and ensure the toothpick comes out clean. Let cool slightly before slicing and enjoying.
