- 1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Mix Spice for Baking
- 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Unit Egg
- 1/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Cup Raisins

Instructions
Preheat
- 1.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with grease paper.
- 2.Sift together flour, baking powder and mixed spices in a bowl, set aside.
- 3.In an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg followed by the dry ingredients above.
- 4.Once combined add the Evaporated Milk and raisins, mix just until combined - do not overmix.
- 5.Scoop 1 tablespoon on the mixture onto the grease paper, leaving enough space between each.
- 6.Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the baking tray and allow to cool before serving.
