Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Mix Spice for Baking
  • 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Unit Egg
  • 1/4 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat

    Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with grease paper.

  2. Sift together flour, baking powder and mixed spices in a bowl, set aside.

  3. In an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg followed by the dry ingredients above.

  4. Once combined add the Evaporated Milk and raisins, mix just until combined - do not overmix.

  5. Scoop 1 tablespoon on the mixture onto the grease paper, leaving enough space between each.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the baking tray and allow to cool before serving.
