Preheat an oven to 350˚F (180˚C) and grease a loaf pan. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and vinegar. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, sift all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl beat eggs, add mashed bananas, butter, vanilla extract, sugar and Milk Mixture. Stirring to combine.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet stirring gently to combine.
Mix until there are no dry areas left. Do not overmix.
Immediately pour this mixture into the prepared loaf pan (about 2/3 high)
Top with walnuts and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan until it is room temperature.
Remove from the loaf pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack
