Pour half cup of rolled oats into each of the jars. Shake to level.

Add half cup of Milk in each jar, and then 2 teaspoons of chia seeds.

Top with half cup of yoghurt, ¼ cup diced apples, a tablespoon of honey and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon into each jar.

Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Oats will be ready to serve in the morning.
