  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Apples, Raw, Red Delicious, With Skin
  • 1 Cup Yogurt, Plain, Whole Milk, 8 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
  • 4 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Nestlé® OMEGA Low Fat Milk 1L Carton
  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • Pour half cup of rolled oats into each of the jars. Shake to level.
  • Add half cup of Milk in each jar, and then 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • Top with half cup of yoghurt, ¼ cup diced apples, a tablespoon of honey and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon into each jar.
  • Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Oats will be ready to serve in the morning.
