- 1/3 Cup Ripe Bananas mashed
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tablespoons CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Chopped Walnuts

Instructions
- 1.In a ceramic mug mix the mashed bananas, oil, Evaporated Milk and sugar until fully combined.
- 2.Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt, mix until incorporated. Fold in the crushed walnuts.
- 3.Microwave for 90 second, remove and allow to cool for 3 minutes before enjoying. Pairs well with ice-cream or whipped cream.
