  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine
  • 2/3 Cup Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Stalks Celery (chopped)
  • 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 2 Units Potatoes (peeled & diced)
  • 1 Can NESTLÉ® Cream
  • 1 Pack MAGGI® Soup It Up! Vegetable Soup Mix (45g)
  • 2 Leafs Bay Leaf
  • 1 Pound Seafood Mix
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)

Instructions

  • 1.Using a thick bottom pan, heat margarine, when melted add onions and celery. Sauté until onions are transparent.
  • 2.Add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir it in.
  • 3.Add water and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, NESTLÉ® Cream, MAGGI® Soup It Up Vegetable Soup and bay leaves. Cook for 15 minutes stirring often or until potatoes are tender.
  • 4.Add Seafood mix and MAGGI® Season Up Fish Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • 5.Serve hot.
