Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Margarine
- 2/3 Cup Onion (chopped)
- 3 Stalks Celery (chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 3 Cups Water
- 2 Units Potatoes (peeled & diced)
- 1 Can NESTLÉ® Cream
- 1 Pack MAGGI® Soup It Up! Vegetable Soup Mix (45g)
- 2 Leafs Bay Leaf
- 1 Pound Seafood Mix
- 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up Fish (10g)

Instructions
- 1.Using a thick bottom pan, heat margarine, when melted add onions and celery. Sauté until onions are transparent.
- 2.Add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir it in.
- 3.Add water and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, NESTLÉ® Cream, MAGGI® Soup It Up Vegetable Soup and bay leaves. Cook for 15 minutes stirring often or until potatoes are tender.
- 4.Add Seafood mix and MAGGI® Season Up Fish Simmer for another 10 minutes.
- 5.Serve hot.
