  • 6 Units Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Nestlé® OMEGA Low Fat Milk 1L Carton
  • 1 Teaspoon Maggi® Season-Up!® All Purpose
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Sweet Pepper Diced
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Escallion Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup Lettuce, Iceberg (Includes Crisphead Types), Raw Shredded
  • 4 Units Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap

Instructions

  • 1.In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and NESTLE OMEGA MILK together, season eggs with MAGGI ALL PURPOSE SEASONING.
  • 2.In a non-stick frying pan pour vegetable oil, heat oil over medium flame. Add sweet peppers and escallion, sauté for one (1) minute.
  • 3.Add whisked eggs to pan, using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, scramble eggs until it turns solid. Sprinkle cheese and incorporate until cheese completely melts. Remove from heat.
  • 4.Assemble burritos by first distributing lettuce evenly among tortillas wraps. Top with scrambled eggs. Fold two ends in, and then tightly roll the wrap like a burrito.
  • 5.Slice wraps and serve hot.
