- 1.5 Pounds Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 Cups Water
- 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 6 Cubes MAGGI® Onion and Garlic Cubes
- 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Pepper Sauce Hot N' Spicy
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic (minced)
- 3 Tablespoons Chadon Beni (finely chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (or 1 small sweet pepper)
- 2 Mediums Cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped)
- 4 Mediums Tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
- 1 Medium Onion (sliced)

Instructions
- 1.Steam shrimp for 5 minutes or until cooked. Set aside.
- 2.In a large bowl combine water, lime juice, Cube, Pepper Sauce, garlic, 1 tablespoon chadon beni and pimento peppers.
- 3.Add cooked shrimp, cucumber, tomatoes and onions Leave to marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 4.Garnish with remaining chadon beni before serving.
