- 12 ounces NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels 1.5 cups
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 3 Units Eggs
- 1 1/8 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ® Classic
- 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Dark Chocolate (chunks)

Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- 2.In a double boiler, melt the semi-sweet chocolate with the butter. Stir constantly until melted. Set aside to cool.
- 3.With a stand/hand mixer, beat eggs, granulated sugar and NESCAFÉ® Classic Coffee on high speed for 3 minutes until thick.
- 4.Slowly, add the cooled melted chocolate mixture to egg mixture, mixing until just combined.
- 5.Sift flour, baking powder and salt into batter. Fold dark chocolate chunks into batter, stirring to incorporate.
- 6.Scoop 1-ounce portions onto the cookie sheet, spaced 2 inches apart and bake for 12-14 minutes. Cookies are ready when the tops are cracked and the edges are set.
- 7.Remove from the oven and cool on the rack for 2 minutes before removing to cool completely.
- 8.Repeat until all the batter is finished.
