Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large, heavy bottom saucepan, melt butter, then add granulated sugar and continue to cook until sugar dissolves

Remove from the heat and mix in the salt, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla essence and Coffee thoroughly.

Whisk in the eggs and then the flour until batter is smoot

Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until soft and creamy. Add vanilla essence, Evaporated Milk and eggs. Beat until smooth.

Add flour and incorporate thoroughly.

Pour the brownie batter into a lightly greased (13 x 9) baking pan.

Then pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the brownie mixture. Using a knife or small spatula swirl mixture to create a marbled effect.

Sprinkle top with chocolate chips and bake for 30 -35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean when inserted in the centre.

Cool completely before cutting into squares.
