- 4 Cups NESQUIK® Chocolate Flavoured Cereal 330g Box (crushed)
- 1/2 Cup Butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cornstarch
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 4 Units Egg Yolk
- 5 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract (or Vanilla essence)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream

Instructions
For Crust
- 1.Combine crushed cereal with ½ cup melted butter and press into the bottom and sides of a pie dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° (180°C) for 10 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
For Filling
- 2.In a medium heavy bottom saucepan, combine thoroughly the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Then add the Evaporated Milk, egg yolks and cocoa powder and whisk to incorporate.
- 3.Constantly stirring over medium heat until the mixture thickens into a pudding consistency.
- 4.Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla essence and butter.
- 5.Pour mixture into the cooled pie crust and place in the refrigerator for a few hours to set (for best results make this pie the night before).
- 6.Top with whipped cream before serving.
