  • 2 Pounds Red Snapper, sliced
  • 2 Packs MAGGI Season-Up! Powdered Seasoning Fish 10g Sachet
  • 3 Limes
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 2 Liters Water
  • 1 Pack Maggi Soup It Up! Fish Tea Soup Mix 40g
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Unit Onion, diced
  • 3 Tablespoons Chadon Beni, minced
  • 2 Teaspoons Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Chive, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Squash, peeled and diced
  • 3 Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 6 Units Green banana (green fig)

Instructions

  • 1.Season fish with Maggi Season-Up Fish, garlic and the juice from one lime.
  • 2.In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add Maggi Soup It Up Fish Tea, tomatoes, onion, chadon beni, thyme and chive.
  • 3.Let seasonings boil for 5 minutes, then add squash, potato and green figs.
  • 4.When vegetables are half cooked add fish and juice from remaining lime. Simmer for 15 minutes or until fish and vegetables are cooked.
