Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 2 Mediums Red Apples (chopped)
  • 2 Mediums Yellow Apples (chopped)
  • 2 Mediums Granny Smith Apples (green apples, chopped)
  • 2 Stalks Celery (chopped)
  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks (drained)
  • 1 Cup Walnuts (halves)
  • 1 large Orange (peeled and segmented or 1 tin mandarin oranges drained)
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and Season Up thoroughly and set aside in refrigerator.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, celery and pineapple.

  3. Add mayonnaise mixture to fruit and stir to coat fruit.

  4. Add walnuts and orange segments to fruit mixture. Toss to mix.

  5. Serve salad on a bed of shredded lettuce.
