  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Packet MAGGI® Season-Up All Purpose (10g)
  • 2 Mediums Red Apples (chopped)
  • 2 Mediums Yellow Apples (chopped)
  • 2 Mediums Granny Smith Apples (green apples, chopped)
  • 2 Stalks Celery (chopped)
  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks (drained)
  • 1 Cup Walnuts (halves)
  • 1 large Orange (peeled and segmented or 1 tin mandarin oranges drained)
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)

Instructions

  • 1.Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and Season Up thoroughly and set aside in refrigerator.
  • 2.In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, celery and pineapple.
  • 3.Add mayonnaise mixture to fruit and stir to coat fruit.
  • 4.Add walnuts and orange segments to fruit mixture. Toss to mix.
  • 5.Serve salad on a bed of shredded lettuce.
