Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning
  • 2/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Pound Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Toasted Slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin, raw Roasted and cut-up
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 12 Leafs Iceberg Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, flour, and Season-Up Chicken in a heavy-duty saucepan; gradually stir in Evaporated Milk.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring consistently until it comes to a boil and thickens. Remove dressing from heat and refrigerate until cool.

  3. Combine chicken, almonds, cranberries, pumpkin, dressing and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve over lettuce.
