Creamy Chicken Salad
Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Teaspoons MAGGI® Season-Up! Chicken Powdered Seasoning
- 2/3 Cup CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1 Pound Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
- 1/2 Cup Toasted Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin, raw Roasted and cut-up
- 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 12 Leafs Iceberg Lettuce

Instructions
- 1.Combine sugar, flour, and Season-Up Chicken in a heavy-duty saucepan; gradually stir in Evaporated Milk.
- 2.Cook over medium heat, stirring consistently until it comes to a boil and thickens. Remove dressing from heat and refrigerate until cool.
- 3.Combine chicken, almonds, cranberries, pumpkin, dressing and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve over lettuce.
