Ingredients
Portions: 6
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 2/3 Cups CARNATION® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 2 Cans Tuna Chunks in Water (drained)
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon MAGGI® Season Up All-Purpose
- 2 Cubes MAGGI® Vegetable Cubes
- 200 Grams Pasta of choice (cooked according to package instructions)
- 1 Can Mixed vegetables (or 1 cup fresh Mixed vegetables of choice)
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Cup Cheese, Parmesan, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Pimento/ Seasoning Peppers (minced)

Instructions
- 1.In a medium pot melt butter and sauté onion, garlic and pimento peppers for 2 minutes.
- 2.Add mixed vegetables, and flour, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional minute. Add Evaporated Milk slowly, stirring to incorporate, to create a creamy sauce.
- 3.To a bowl add drained tuna and toss in lime/lemon juice and Season Up.
- 4.Add tuna mixture to the sauce, add Cubes to taste. Stirring to combine.
- 5.Toss in cooked pasta and stir to coat pasta in sauce. If too thick add more Evaporated Milk and adjust seasoning.
- 6.Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs on top of casserole.
- 7.Bake in preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
