In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, combine all ingredients to form a loose batter.
In a non-stick frying pan, cook pancakes by first spraying pan spray to grease the pan thoroughly. Once pan is hot, spoon ½ cup batter into the pan. Allow to cook until the top of the pancake forms small bubbles all over it. Flip pancake and cook on the other side until golden brown.
Repeat process until all pancakes are made.
Serve with your favourite syrup, fruit compote or whipped cream. Makes 6 large sized pancakes. Suggested serving size is 1 pancake. Recipes serves 6 persons.
