  • 2 1/2 cups CARNATION® Reduced Fat Evaporated Milk (330ml)
  • 1 3/4 cup NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 1 Package MAGGI® Coconut Milk Powder (25g)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or vanilla essence)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Cups Cooked Elbow Macaroni
  • 3 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 8 ounces NESTLÉ® Toll House(since 1939) Semi-Sweet Morsels (1 cup)
  • 1 Cup Graham Crackers (Broken into medium sized pieces)
  • 3 Cups Marshmallows (any size will do)

Instructions

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C) and lightly grease a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter. Set aside.
  • 2.In a blender combine Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk, Coconut Milk Powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla essence and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • 3.In a large bowl combine macaroni, oats and chocolate chips. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring to incorporate. Allow to sit for 3 minutes.
  • 4.Pour this mixture into the baking. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until set. Remove dish from the oven and increase heat to broil.
  • 5.Top with graham crackers and marshmallows and place back into the oven for 2 minutes or until marshmallows become golden brown in colour.
  • 6.Serve immediately or at room temperature.
